Three generations of the Hope family work in the company today.   Our founder and Technical Director, Paul Hope, has always been an innovator ahead of his time. Since 2009, he had the mono focus of designing superior virus trap materials in order to create the face mask of the future, knowing that a pandemic was a case of ‘when’ and not ‘if’. It was – and still is – his mission to create the best and most innovative protection available in the known world against viral pandemics. At 76 years old, he still comes into the office every day to work alongside his daughter and granddaughter, working towards his mission.  For over 15 years, our team has been working with the best in their fields, from material technologists to biologists, green chemists, mathematical filtration modellers, metrology engineers, virologists, sustainability experts and designers.
