It’s OK to change your mind. We will give a full refund on any Virustatic Shield returned to us (within 14 days of being delivered to you) in its unused, original condition, provided:

The product packing is unopened (this is for health and hygiene reasons)

You will have to cover the delivery costs to return your Virustatic Shield to us. It should be sent along with a note of your name and address to:

Once we’ve checked your returned Shield, we will process the refund by way of your original payment method. We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned Shield.

If you request a refund during the 14-day time frame, but for some reason can’t return your Shield to us, please get in touch - we’ll do all we can to help, but any refund will be at our discretion.

None of this affects your statutory rights.
